Individual members can purchase the agreements on payment of a company membership.

These documents are written from the perspective
of the supplier, rather than the customer. They include:

• Software licence agreement
• Development agreement
• Software support and maintenance agreement
• Independent contractor agreement
• Software reseller agreement
• Software distribution agreement
• Confidentiality agreement

Note: These are standard agreements and individual objectives or needs may not have been taken into account. These agreements are suitable for low value and low risk transactions and may not be suitable for higher value transactions, as there will be a greater risk factor that will need to be addressed.

All agreements are included in the one price: $745 + GST less the amount paid for membership to Software New Zealand alliance member organisation (maximum discount is $395 + GST).
